Please review these terms carefully before booking an event or joining the Sociio community.
Event tickets, community membership charges, and other participation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after payment, except where a refund is required under applicable law. No refund will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, personal scheduling conflicts, or a change of mind.
Community joining or membership charges may apply. These charges cover access to the community, member communications, activities, and related services. Community charges are non-refundable once the registration or payment has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
Community access will generally be activated within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment and verification. Delays may occur if the information submitted is incomplete, incorrect, or requires additional verification.
Internet handling, payment-gateway, convenience, or platform fees may apply in addition to the listed price. Participants must verify the final payable amount before completing payment.
Participants should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled event start time for registration and entry. Late entry may be restricted and will not qualify for a refund.
Tickets and community access are issued for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, attempted resale, duplication, sharing, or commercial use may result in cancellation without refund or compensation.
The organizer reserves the right of admission. Participants may be required to present a valid ticket, confirmation message, membership record, and government-issued photo identification.
Sociio events are meetup-based social experiences intended for friendship building, networking, and respectful social interaction. They are not dating guarantees, matrimonial services, employment services, or professional counselling services.
No specific connection, friendship, professional opportunity, personal outcome, or participant experience is guaranteed. Individual experiences depend on personal participation, conduct, preferences, and circumstances.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive language, unwanted physical contact, illegal activity, or behavior that makes another participant feel unsafe will not be tolerated.
The organizer may refuse entry, remove a participant, suspend community access, or permanently revoke membership for violating these guidelines. Such action may be taken without a refund, subject to applicable law.
Event dates, times, locations, venues, formats, activities, hosts, and participant groupings may change because of operational requirements, venue availability, safety considerations, or participant-ratio requirements.
Where communicated as part of the event format, participants must remain available on both Saturday and Sunday. The organizer may move a participant between available sessions to maintain an appropriate participant ratio. Such rescheduling will not ordinarily qualify for a refund.
An event may be postponed, combined, rescheduled, or cancelled if the minimum required participation level, including a minimum of 20 participants where applicable, is not achieved. If the organizer cancels an event, the available remedy will be communicated separately.
Participants are responsible for their personal health, safety, travel, accommodation, and belongings. The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or expenses incurred before, during, or after an event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Participants must follow all venue rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws. Consumption of alcohol, where permitted, must be responsible and in accordance with legal age requirements and venue policies.
Participants must not share another member's personal details, photographs, contact information, conversations, or community content without permission. Information obtained through the community must not be used for harassment, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful purposes.
Photographs or videos may be taken during selected events for operational, promotional, or social-media purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear should inform the organizer or event host before the event begins.
Community access details, invitations, private links, and member-only content must not be shared with non-members. The participant is responsible for activity conducted through their registered contact details or account.
Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or above. Entry or community access may be denied if valid age verification cannot be provided, without a refund except where required by law.
The organizer is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, venue closures, service interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, transportation disruption, or technical failure.
The organizer may modify these Terms & Guidelines to reflect operational, legal, safety, or service changes. The latest published version will apply to future bookings and community participation.
Active and verified Sociio community access is mandatory to attend and avail any event booking. Participants who book an event without active community access must subsequently complete the community registration process and pay the applicable membership charges. The booking may be availed only after community access has been successfully activated and verified.
