Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. No refunds will be provided in case of non-attendance.
An internet handling or platform fee per ticket may be applicable. Please verify the final payable amount before completing the payment.
Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time to ensure smooth entry and registration.
Any unlawful resale or attempted resale of tickets results in immediate cancellation or seizure without refund or compensation.
Rights of admission are strictly reserved by the organizer at all times.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
This is a meetup-based social event intended solely for friendship building, networking, and social interaction.
No guarantees are made regarding personal outcomes; we provide the platform for social interaction only.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with rules or displays inappropriate behavior.
Event details (date, time, location) may change due to operational needs or participant-ratio requirements.
Participants must be available on both Saturday and Sunday. Rescheduling for ratio balance will not result in a refund.
Events may be rescheduled if the minimum required number of participants (20 participants) is not met.
The organizer does not guarantee any specific experience, outcome, connection, or interaction; experiences vary by person.
Strictly for individuals aged 18+. Entry will be denied to anyone unable to meet this requirement without a refund.
