  1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

  3. An internet handling or platform fee per ticket may be applicable. Participants are advised to verify the final payable amount before completing the payment.

  5. Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time to ensure smooth entry and registration.

  7. Any unlawful resale or attempted resale of tickets will result in immediate cancellation and/or seizure of the ticket without any refund or compensation.

  9. Rights of admission are strictly reserved by the organizer.

  11. The organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  13. This is a meetup-based social event.

  15. The event is intended solely for friendship building, networking, and social interaction. No guarantees are made regarding personal outcomes.

  17. No refunds will be provided in case of non-attendance. Attendance is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.

  19. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant who fails to comply with event rules, guidelines, or displays inappropriate behavior.

  21. Event date, time, or location may be changed due to operational or participant-ratio requirements. Participants must be available on both Saturday and Sunday, as maintaining balanced participation is essential. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  23. The event may be rescheduled if the minimum required number of participants (20 participants) is not met. Please book tickets only if rescheduling is an acceptable option for you.

  25. Participant experience may vary from person to person. The organizer does not guarantee any specific experience, outcome, connection, or interaction.

  27. This event and platform are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By booking a ticket or participating in the event, the participant confirms that they are 18+ and legally eligible to attend. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone unable to meet this age requirement, without any refund.
